Get to Know Thom

Thom Knoles, master of Vedic Mediation, shares how studying under his master Maharishi Mahesh Yogi changed his life and led him to teach Vedic Meditation all over the world.

For over 40 years, Thom has personally taught meditation, Vedic philosophy, and applied spirituality to over 40,000 students worldwide. 

He is a celebrated speaker on cognitive sciences, the relationship between quantum physics and human consciousness, and on the 5,000 year-old body of wisdom known as the Veda. 

Thom first learned meditation in the 1960s from Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, the great Indian guru who brought meditation to the West in the 1950s.

He now lives in Arizona with his family and teaches in the US, Australia, and India. Thom is the only “householder” to be inducted as a master of the Vedic Meditation tradition on the highest level.
