These classes are meant to offer pragmatic, real-life advice, based on Vedic knowledge, on the everyday issues and challenges that we all face.  They provide students with tools and concepts to understand these challenges and make life less stressful and more bliss-filled.

These classes are for anyone who has taken the INTRODUCTION TO MEDITATION, are offered several times throughout the year, and do not need to be taken in any certain order.  They are 6 to 8 hour stand-alone classes delivered by Thom and recorded over several years.  They are conducted in a “semi-retreat” format, which means that students come together with an Initiator serving as the teacher and facilitator, listen to the lectures, then have a Q&A session with the class members and the Initiator.  These classes are usually conducted in three 2 ½ hour sessions over a Friday evening and Saturday.

The individual classes are:
