This information is for the Introduction to Meditation class held in New York May 10 – 13, 2010.

You must attend one of Thom’s Introduction Talks on Sunday, May 9th to join this class.  You will then need to attend one class on all four days Monday the 10 through Thursday the 13th.

Please allow 90 minutes for each class.  Please wait outside until we come to let you in, which is our standard practice for all meetings in private homes.  We recommend coming on a fairly empty stomach, and not drinking strong caffeine beforehand.  You must come at the time you signed up for on Day 1, but on days 2 through 4, you can choose any of the times that are offered and change your times from day to day.  You need not bring anything with you to the sessions on days 2 through 4.  All classes will start and end on time and we would appreciate it if you would be on time as well.

Day 1: You will receive your personal mantra from Thom and will meditate with the group on Monday at the time that has been agreed upon.  Please bring with you:

  • about 6 flowers – any type that you find beautiful, no additional greenery or wrapping, and no flowers with thorns please,
  • 2 or 3 sweet fruits of your choice, with any labels removed – no lemons, limes, grapefruits, tomatoes, avocadoes, etc.
  • your course fee if not already paid, in the form of cash, a check made out to MV MediaWorks, your completed credit card form, or a print out of your PayPal receipt (you can pay below prior to coming)

Advanced Techniques:
