An Invitation to Become an Initiator of Vedic Meditation
[00:45] 12 Weeks of Comprehensive and Evolutionary Training in India
Jai Guru Deva. I’d like to welcome all Vedic meditators in my worldwide movement of Vedic Meditation to come and join me in becoming trained as an instructor, an Initiator, of, Vedic Meditation.
This is a unique opportunity to dive into the deepest level of the knowledge, that which is required to be able to pass on legitimately the practice of Vedic Meditation and to become a member of the Holy Tradition of Masters, the Shankaracharya tradition of Ancient India, of which I’m a representative.
The training is 12 weeks. It’s the most comprehensive and intensive training in which you’ll ever engage in your lifetime. It does involve me with you for the first two of those 12 weeks and the last two of those 12 weeks, to give you an in-depth opportunity to understand and ask every question imaginable, and even some you can’t yet imagine.
During the course, you will dive into your own personal experience of deep, deep meditation many, many times a day. It’s a course that involves the process of performing rounds. A round is the physical bending and stretching, which we refer to as asana, the breathing technique, which we refer to as pranayama, and of course, a meditation, followed by lying down.
This is what we refer to as one round, and when you come on Initiator Training, you do many multiples of that a day to dive into your own experience and to peel away the layers of unnaturalness, the stress which has accumulated over a lifetime.
You’ll also dive deeply into the Vedas, into the ancient knowledge of the masters of our tradition, and become very knowledgeable in the stories that led to bringing all of this knowledge into the current day.
Learning how to decide which of the many mantras is appropriate for a given student and then learning how to teach that at the end of 12 weeks of training at the final end of it, I arrive for the final two weeks as well.
In the in between, you’ll be trained by my expert colleagues for two weeks with me, eight weeks with my colleagues, then two weeks with me. Altogether, 12 weeks of training.
And this year, this coming year in 2026, we will be starting on the 23rd of January and going until the 17th of April, high up in the Himalayan ranges, right at the base of the white snowy mountains, with a beautiful river of sacred river running just literally within 15, 20 yards of our lecture room.

And you’ll have very comfortable accommodation there, and this will give you the opportunity to become a professional teacher of Vedic Meditation. When you’re a professional teacher of Vedic Meditation, you can teach anyone in the world who presents to you with a little curiosity and the willingness to follow a few simple instructions.
It gives you the right to teach Vedic Meditation anywhere in the world that you care to go. And so this is a great opportunity to add to your repertoire of skills and talents, the capacity to revolutionize somebody’s life, who’s willing to spend 90 minutes with you over a four-day period to teach them Vedic Meditation.
It’s also a unique badge of rank to be trained by me. As you may have heard, I’ve become a Mahamandaleshwar, which means I am in that group, very small group of people, who represent the Shankaracharya tradition.
And so you can be guaranteed that your pedigree as an Initiator of Vedic Meditation will be recognized and, in fact, the fact that you’ve been trained by me, will be a matter of some considerable prestige, not just here, but also in India, the land of the Veda itself.
So please come and join me. Let me train you in how to revolutionize people’s lives. It will be a fabulous experience and memorable for the rest of your life.
Jai Guru Deva.
