Nearly every major city in the United States has a Vedic Meditation teacher, as well as cities in Europe, Asia, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, Colombia and Argentina. Can I learn Vedic Meditation online?

Qualified teachers of Vedic Meditation do not teach the practice virtually. It is taught in person to preserve and honor the ancient tradition the technique comes from, and to best guide students to master the technique and integrate into daily life.
