• Thursday, June 19: 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm

Course Refresher FAQ:​
​Is Each Refresher Session the Same?​
​Each session is different. Just as with the 4-Day Course you undertook, Thom discusses different aspects of the Vedic Meditation practice each day.

Do I have to attend all the sessions?​
​You do not need to attend all the sessions. You may join for 1, 2, or all 3 Refresher Sessions.

Who can attend Refresher Sessions?​
​Sessions are open only to graduates of an in-person Vedic Meditation Course.

Can I bring a friend?​
​Please have your friend RSVP for the sessions. If they qualify to attend based on their learning credentials, we will send them a separate confirmation email.

Do I need to bring fruits and flowers?​
​No.

What’s the cost?​
​Course resits are complimentary (free) for graduates of a qualified in-person Vedic Meditation course.
