Are you trying hard to build good habits but not getting the results?

You’re not alone.

Many of us take cookie-cutter systems from “experts” and attempt to mold them to fit our life. We push ourselves to maintain good habits through willpower and repetition. The new habit may last for weeks or even months, but as soon as we lose focus, we slip into old patterns.

The biggest misconception about building habits is that continuous thinking, planning, and repetition is the key to getting results.

The real secret to habits is not in our willpower or our thoughts. It is our state of consciousness that governs everything we think and do.

HABITS ARE A PRODUCT OF CONSCIOUSNESS ITSELF

Our behaviors are more chaotic and reactive when our consciousness is full of stress. Our bad habits often take over as a way to cope with stress and we find it nearly impossible to integrate good habits.

When we release stress and expand our consciousness state, we’ll effortlessly form aligned habits.

In addition to our meditation practice, we can evolve our consciousness by understanding how habits work. As we correct our habits of thinking with more knowledge, our habits of action will naturally upgrade as well.

This Vedic approach to habits is completely different from popular personal development advice. It offers an easy, expansive way to evolve our habits to match our growing consciousness.

A Course Designed with Vedic Meditators in Mind

Vedic Meditators have a distinct advantage when it comes to building life-giving routines and habits in our life. Twice daily, we employ a mental technique to rapidly upgrade our brain chemistry and release physiological stress.

With our minds and bodies liberated from the effects of stress accumulation, the progress of Vedic Meditator is already well ahead of others.

Instead of fighting physiological stress and the thinking process, meditators can focus directly on correcting the intellect.

Vedic Meditators get to work on a deeper level. By solidifying our understanding of the cause and effect of habit formation, we can enliven our infinite deserving power and build great habits quickly and effortlessly.

In this training, Thom will walk you through this process step-by-step. This is a course on habits like no other.
